Eid al-Fitr is the festival to mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. Ramadan is an Islamic holy month whereas all muslims must do fasting, start from down to sunset. The Islamic calendar is lunar, with each month starting at the sighting of the new crescent moon.
As we just finised our fasting of Ramadhan a few days ago, I would like to say "Eid Mubarak" (blessed eid) to all of my blog readers in Islam. Taqoballohu minna wa minkum, taqobbal yaa kariim. May Allah accept from us and from you. May Alloh give us chance to see the next Ramadan. Amin.
